Shayne Munn

Owner/Founder/ CEO

Shayne Munn is the Owner & CEO of Carnivore Grills. He and his partner Steven Ross started Carnivore Grills in early 2021.  Shayne has served as the sales manager with Z Grills, where he helped grow annual sales from start-up to $3 million in thir first year. Earlier in his career, Shayne was project manager of inside sales for Traeger Wood Pellet Grills, a pioneer in the wood pellet grill industry.

He is know for his dynamic and motivated professionalism with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects using the skills that he acquired from his Six Sigma/TOC ( Six Sigma (6σ) is fundamentally a system of techniques and tools used in process improvement. A six sigma process, by definition, means to create a process that is 99.99966% free of defects (or to have fewer than 3.4 errors in one million opportunities). Certification.  Shayne is also skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges.

Shayne received his B.A. from. from Stevens Henager School of Business. He lives in Spanish Fork City with his wife Laura and their three children.

It has been Shaynes dream to take a U.S. made wood pellet grill to the market and bring the joy of outdoor cooking to all.
